Property Management
Property supervision is conducted by space satellites and drones and will be useful to cadastral (land registry) and revenue services, municipal and housing administrations.
The System capabilities
- Unregistered properties detection;
- Actual using (or not using) of property or property diversion;
- Attractive investment property detection;
- Buildings and constructions identification;
- Property precise boundaries detection;
- Landscaping and infrastructure development (land improvements) detection;
- Construction and underground utility mapping monitoring;
- Defining domestic wastes landfill conditions, detecting illegal landfills.
Working principle
Using GIS-technologies, the information about properties location and space is taken (combined and compared) from Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography) and Federal Tax Service; the address database information is also combined and compared with data from satellite.
Urban planning space monitoring provides the opportunity to quickly control the building process and the outcome in the whole territory.
Solvable problems
- Tax shortfalls to the State budget from unregistered properties;
- Incorrect cadastral valuation;
- Lack of control over the use of territories.
Who is it useful for
Solving task for housing management;
- Software development for Situation Centres, integration with the emergency warning and early response systems;
- Energy, heat, gas, water, wastewater disposal supply systems and other utilities mapping;
- Energy, heat, gas, water, wastewater disposal supply systems and other utilities functioning monitoring;
- Housing and municipal services technical condition supervision using UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and ground surveying;
- Implementation of the Geographic Information System (GIS), which links utilities schemes and accident spots, housing stock and company management data to the map.
Solving task for municipality, cadastral and revenue services
- Making orthophotos (orthophotomaps) of the city territory
- Electronic vector maps formation based on multi-temporal satellite imagery materials marking the occurred changes
- Detection of land and property use violation based on multi-temporal satellite imagery analysis and land-cadastral maps of the territory
- Obtained vector maps and halftone orthophotos web publishing, individual web-site with geodata-control function development.
Use case formats
Multi-temporal imagery

Additional buildings eraction

Construction, arrangement, and underground utility mapping monitoring

- Road construction;
- New buildings;
- Playgrounds arrangement;
- Parking spaces arrangement;
- Underground utility mapping.
Changes during the road construction

- Reducing the parking territory;
- Demolished building;
- New road section;
- New sidewalk;
- Road markings.
Thermal imaging
Buildings, constructions, and utilities condition control using thermal imaging cameras

UAV surveying in thermal-infrared range

Ground thermal imaging survey of building facades
Creating 3D city model
Data is used for 3D model construction, which is convenient to use for defining accurate information about buildings and constructions during the urban planning. Information gathering about urban infrastructure is conducted by laser scanners installed on the aircraft carrier.
